This software is based on the Microsoft Access 'Time and Billing' template. It has been modified to enhance  functionality, usability and make the database more applicable to Australian business practices.  

If you undertake project work which involves billing by the hour and/or expenses incurred then the Time and Billing database is the solution for you.  (If your projects include the supply of parts then perhaps you should consider Service Call Management instead.)

'Time and Billing' tracks billable time, which can often get away from you if it is not tracked, and associated expenses across a range of projects. It also automatically generate invoices, track payments and lots more.

The open source version of the 'Time and Billing' has all the functionality found in the FREE version, along with as additional modules to support the front-end/back-end format, used to simplify future upgrades.

When you purchase the open source version of the Time and Billing database you have full ACCESS to all tables, forms, reports and other database objects.  You may continue to operate the Time and Billing database 'AS IS', or simply use it as a starting point and further modify the software better suits your needs.

The nominal fee that we charge is to cover the modification made, and assist in maintaining the availability of the databases on our website. If you wish you can build the Time and Billing database using the Time and Billing template wizard available in Microsoft Access 2000 and then make the changes yourself.
